It is one of the easiest to navigate, the least crowded, robust in performance and really good to look at. Good news and bad news here. On a positive note BetVictor customer services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week via e-mail or live chat. On a less positive note, while there is a phone number all you get is a recorded message directing you to e-mail or live chat - the customer services address seems to have been pulled as well. It’s only fair to point out that you can request a call back via an online form, but if your internet is down you’ve had it.
